What is the minimum spend? 

Monday - Friday: $200 +GST 
Minimum spend excludes delivery fees.

How much notice is required for ordering?

We require 2 business days notice. This allows flexibility for supplier cut off times and is subject to product availability. Certain menu items may require more notice, please refer to the product listing or reach out to our team to confirm availability.

Are crockery and cutlery included in my order?

No, these are not included in your order and are required to be added. Click here to add to your order.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, we charge a flat fee of $50 for deliveries within our delivery zone. For a delivery quote outside of our delivery zone, please submit an enquiry or contact [email protected]

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within a 5-20km radius of our 4 locations - Wantirna, Hawthorn, Watsonia and Croydon.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Social Engine Catering can accommodate most dietary requirements with sufficient notice.

Our sandwiches and wraps will include 10% vegetarian by default, unless a specific filling has been selected by a customer.

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.

All dietary requirements must be provided in writing (via email or in online order notes) prior to your catering event day. Your dietary is not confirmed until Social Engine Catering has acknowledged it can be safely accommodated.

All dietary-specific items will be plated/boxed separately and clearly labelled.

If you or your client has a life-threatening anaphylaxis-inducing allergy, we recommend they cater their own meal. In any instances where you or your client suffers loss or illness resulting from nuts or traces of allergens found in our catering, Social Engine Catering will not be held liable.

I need an invoice for payment:

If you are an approved account holder with Social Engine Catering, please proceed to set up a customer account through our website. Once set up, please notify us at [email protected] and one of our team members can update your profile to approve you for invoices.

Payment can also be made via credit card or EFT payment.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation charges apply once your catering requirements have been confirmed in writing and where costs have been incurred for food, labor, or other services. 

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded. 

Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event. While we will endeavour to accommodate changes, they may be subject to additional charges.
